Juice confessions

I must confess that right now I am STILL full from my last juice that I drank nearly 3 hours ago. Along with the previous 11 glasses of juice I received throughout the day, I drank a glass at the beginning of dinner (6PM) and then I get an EXTRA juice (cranberry) for a little infection that showed in my bloodwork. Before I had even cleared my dinner dishes I was served my last and final juice of the day (7PM).

Tonight was one of those times that I had to give myself a little pep talk on how grateful I should be for this delicious juice that was lovingly prepared for me. Truthfully, I wasn’t feeling that way at all. I was wondering how on earth I would actually get this down the hatch. Sometimes you just do what you have to do.

As I left to walk out in the rain back to my room I was able to practice a little Spanish and sincerely say “Muchos gracias, seniorita.”

I feel better already.

Hi Cathy: Thanks so very much for sharing your journey. I have been researching the clinic and found some negative remarks about Baja so am really happy to see your positive remarks about Baja. My husband has been diagnosed with prostate cancer which apparently has spread to the bones and since we’ve been alternative followers for many years thought a Gerson clinic will be our choice of treatment. We will be looking forward to reading your updates and hope you are soon back to 100%. Lewis and Donna
